One law to rule them all?

The recent 'glorification of terrorism' being banned and now an arrestable offence seems quite a sensible step and it appears common sense will prevail but who is it aimed at?

N.Ireland is full of examples of glorifying terrorism but I don't think for a minute anyone will be arrested........ It seems this law is directed against the muslim community unfortunatly.
