PNAC - 'Why America does what it does'

I have heard a lot of various views and conspiracies about the USA's reasons for their present Diplomatic/Militaristic stance on the global scene. We have all heard them, Oil, Economy, terrorism, promoting democracy etc etc.

I have heard of the PNAC document before which was written by a 'think tank' to focus America's agenda for the present century. Behind this 'think tank' were quite a few prominent names in the Neo-con/NWO conspiracy stuff. What isn't a conspiracy is this document is real and the letters between prominent American politicians are real.
