Don't Mention the war
This is slighty old news but not all of us have seen the footage that was recently shown on media outlets and across the net of an ambush on a Haliburton supply convey supported by US troops in Iraq. Very scary stuff and quite damning of US troops actions, not only in initially leading the convoy down a very 'Hot' insurgent/terrorist/civillian/Al-Qaeda/insert as appropriate area but this was also a dead end (maps guys?)
On heading back/running like crazy without firing a shot back the way they came the US troops seemed to abandon the truck drivers to thier fate as the trucks came under fire and unlike apcs/hummers possibly (taking a guess here) slightly more prone to being blown the s**t up when under fire.
Anyhow watch for yourselves and bear in mind this piece of footage seems to be getting a bit censored out there now so hopefully it will remain accessible from this link for a time. Oh and the poor guy with the camera (why oh why did he carry on filming the nutter!) got fired when he complained and distributed the home video, bummer.
