Wargames

This is another bit of complete and utter madness. The American navy are carrying out 'wargames' off the Iranian coast. Now we all now relationships between these two countries are slightly cool at the minute regarding the whole nuclear issue. Also known as 'you can't have the same toys as us because you aren't in the club'.
Anyway carrying out wargames close to another country that your diplomatic relationship with being frosty at best is no way to make any peaceful diplomatic inroads into a comprise or solution to the issue. I just wonder how America would react if say Iran or even North Korea decided to carry out 'wargames' off the coast of say California or Florida.....
